The University of Basra organizes a symposium on “Spiritual Education in the Thought of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib, peace be upon him”

The College of Education for Girls / Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a symposium entitled Spiritual Education in the Thought of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib, peace be upon him.

The symposium in which the teacher, Zainab Muhammad Ahmed, lectured, included the impact of spiritual education and its reflection on political education in the thought of Imam Ali, “peace be upon him,” as well as the methods of political education.

Dr. Hana Abdel Nabi Al-Abadi and the teacher, Sira Mansour Nasser, touched on the role of piety and spiritual education in the thought of Imam Ali, “peace be upon him,” and their impact on increasing religious, moral, and cultural awareness to build a healthy society free of moral problems.

The symposium aimed to shed light on the most important sermons and guidelines contained in the book Nahj al-Balagha and their impact on evaluating the soul and human behavior.
